A Message From our VP of Recruitment, Francie

Dear potential new members, recruitment can bring a mix of emotions — uneasiness, excitement, and everything in between. Trust me, I remember the feeling like it was yesterday. But when I first walked through Tri Delt’s doors, I was met with an immediate sense of comfort and community. It is a place where laughter echoes through every hall and friendships are meaningful and steadfast. Tri Delt is a community of women who celebrate you for exactly who you are, lifting you up through all of life’s triumphs and challenges. These friendships have truly been the most impactful part of my college experience, and I am forever indebted to the women who have helped make me into who I am today.
